Adopted 1951; Wollongong, Methodist church; baptized, Sunday School; Youth Groups.

Not convinced about Christianity. Daughter, Michelle – deceased, son Paul, stepson, Joe – deceased.

Early 90’s – South Africa; married an Islamic woman. Taught, path to heaven was good works. Attended Mosque. Converted to Islam.

Married Shelley 2015; attended South Sydney Anglican Church. Did Christianity Explored; learned about forgiveness and gift of Jesus’ sacrifice.

Converted to Christianity.  Volunteer at one4life; praying with Shelley. Two grandsons. Third soon!

Pianist. Came to Sydney in 2016.

Married to best friend, Osborn.

Enjoys music, coffee, plants, nature walks, good company and all the simple pleasures in life.

Brought up in a non-religious household. Curious about God and wanted to learn more. By the grace of God, came to know Jesus as Lord and saviour. Baptized in 2008. Filled with peace and joy that comes from the hope of salvation.

Joined SSAC in 2018. Absolutely loves hanging out with the church family.

Born Newcastle upon Tyne – 1959.

Moved to Smithfield – Aust, 1972.

Worked for Water Board; State Rail & chimney sweep. Born again – 1983, Perth CLC.

Moved into Government Housing in Redfern 2010 and now have a regular seat Sunday mornings at SSAC.

I glorify Jesus by keeping the lawns, gardens and grounds of church in good condition.

Born in Ukraine, 1946.

My parents were communist Jews.

I married Victor and we had two children named Alex and Sasha. Worked for the Communist party as a director of food distribution. Victor was a military officer. Moved to Australia in 1996 with my family. 

Came to the church for first time in 2014 through Friday one4life.

Started to volunteer and did Christianity Explored. Became a Christian, was baptized and now enjoy bringing other Russian friends to church.
